We cut through the top of Argentina and spent 4 days in a beautiful town called Salta... i could live there! It was gorgeous! Cobble stone streets, out door dining, on a beautiful river, surrounded by breath taking mountains. The people were beautiful! So inviting... and they siesta for 4 hours every day! Work until 2pm, sleep until 6pm, then party till dawn! I love it!
We also went white water rafting and ziplining, where they hang 600m long cables across the gorge, 150m above the river... and you jump! Awesome fun!
Paraguay was somewhat interesting, it was nice to be in a bed again, as most of our tucan tour is camping... on rock and dirt, we don´t even get the luxury of sand/beach camping.
