We joined the tucan truck in La Paz and met a super fun bunch of people!
Our First Stop was Potosi, which was kinda uneventful, but a necessary stop on our way to Uyuni and the amazing Salt Flats, which are less like a lake or a desert and more like a blank TV screen... theres just nothing! No animals no plants, just the sound of salt crunching under our shoes. We did the tour thing, visited the salt bagging factory, the salt castle (...not quite the ice castle of Sweden Sof, but interesting none the less), visited Fish Island with its 1000 yr old cactus... and of course, we took ´funny photos´ as our guide refered to them.
