beautiful Quebrada canyon
While we initially planned on spending just 1 night in Cafajate, we fell in love with the small town and stayed almost a week! We spent our day`s cycling through the vineyards, visiting goats chese farms, exploring the neighbouring Quebrada dessert terrain, relaxing in town and eating the best emapanads in the world! we also spent most nights by the Parilla... oh how we missed Argentinean food and wine!
...on to Tucuman where Chris and i started our Paragliding course... yep, we`re flying up with the birds... literally! the best indicator for where the thermals are providing best lift, is where the birds are soaring... yesterday i followed a falcon to a thermal giving me lift of 3m per second!
